Units are attached to dock structure through a flange on all (4) sides simplifying the process without destroying the integrity of our watertight construction!

Each “DOCK BUOY” starts with a single sheet of High Molecular Weight-High Density Polyethylene that is thermo-formed into shape. It is then filled with a solid block of expanded polystyrene foam and the cover is welded in place.

Resists degradation due to gasoline, oil, and saltwater. Impervious to ducks, geese and burrowing animals such as muskrats .

Each “DOCK BUOY” must pass rigid quality control inspections after every step of its construction.
